the automated system actually works pretty well for dealing with "negative chat" tribunal 2.0 once it's up and running, would have 2 types of cases. the first would be used to combat in game trolling, and offer replay footage, and would show what type of trolling the player was accused of. the second would be to to determine if a punished player was being provoked, that way people trying to get a rise out of people can be eliminated more quickly
I have yet to see a case of somebody intentionally provoking somebody into toxic chat, that isn't already considered a punishable offense in itself. But ultimately the main idea of Tribunal always was to make the system more transparent, so showing Tribunal users that these people get punished is actually an excellent idea.
