Post Game Toxicity

Just played a game with the most toxic duo I've ever met. However, these guys tried to be smart about it by only being toxic in the pre-game and post-game lobby. Is there a way that I can guarantee that the pre-game and post-game chat gets manually reviewed because I'm concerned that the automatic review won't catch this toxicity? Here's some excerpts from the post game chat. Names have been removed to avoid "naming and shaming."

Toxic Duo 1: dude iwant you to find the nearest gun and blow your fking brains out Toxic Duo 2: no one on earth cares about you Toxic Duo 1: you legit are the biggest %%%got i have ever talked to ever Toxic Duo 1: like literally nobody would care if you killed yourself Toxic Duo 1: listen to the way you talk Toxic Duo 1: literally end it all Toxic Duo 2: go back and read what you type Toxic Duo 2: you are a %%% Toxic Duo 1: literally kys Toxic Duo 1: dude Toxic Duo 2: no one actually likes you Toxic Duo 1: like legit Toxic Duo 1: you are such a %%%got Toxic Duo 1: because you are a %%%oot Toxic Duo 1: fking queer

Who honestly thinks this kind of stuff is okay? This was a freaking normal game and they flipped shit because I was trying out Malzahar support. It doesn't really affect me because I'm an adult and pretty confident but I can't imagine how a teenager struggling with depression would react to this kind of cyber bullying. If an arbiter or a Rioter sees this post I submitted a support ticket with screenshots from the post game lobby because it was such an egregious violation of the terms of use and summoner's code (REQUEST #25080830.)

and it's sad that riot refuses to do anything about this type of behavior. they hide behind a system that hasn't worked properly in over a year, making up numbers when it's proven that THESE type of people still continue to play. hell, they allow LCS pros to be super toxic in normals and even intentionally feed and all they do is just laugh at it.

Doesn't sound like they've seen many high elo games lately, it might make it to LCS.

Since you already submitted a ticket, that's more than enough. It doesn't guarantee they will take action but you're kind of forcing them to look at it; whether they do something or not is probably dependent on what those player's behavior is usually like.

As for the IFS catching it, it won't, not directly; the IFS does not check lobby chat, but enough reports may trigger a manual review. Annotate in the description that it was lobby chat so they know to look.
