Can we bring back the "Unskilled Player" report?

Yes, I had a game where an Ashe fed a ton, and single-handedly cost us the game.

Yes, it could have simply been a "bad game" for him/her.

However, there were certain things that he simply could not or did not do, tactically and strategically, that players in Gold are expected to be able to do; he never stutter-stepped, never did anything except shove lane, and had Auto Attack turned on for all I know, the way she laned.

I'm all for bad games. I have bad games. I don't mind when people have bad games. But sometimes, their actual ability to play mechanically and strategically does not match where they're placed in the system. I know there may be lots of false reports, but I liked the idea of having a special option to mark a player as "unskilled," not as a derogatory remark, but simply as a "this person needs more practice to be at this level" kind of deal. I'm not trying to silently criticise people when I report them for "unskilled player," but those people do make the game much less fun for 4 other people on a team.
