placement trolls

we all know that trolls always come out of the woodwork at the start of the season because they know not only that if they troll hard enough. they can chuck several people in bronze 5 who don't belong there, and should they get 14 dayed. there is less fear of losing ranked rewards then if they were to lose them later in the season. or they don't care about ranked rewards and are dedicated troll accounts.

WHAT IS BEING DONE ABOUT THIS?

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS. solution 1

make it so any offense that would earn a 14 day ban in the 1st half of the season results in a permaban. not a 14 day ban

solution 2

restrict mmr on people who have been reported recently even if the account hasnt been reviewed yet so the reported player cannot be matched with anyone in placements. promos or zero LP

solution 3. make it so if a player has a confirmed troll while they were in promos. placements or zero LP. after that player is reviewed and the report was determined to be valid. thier loss is refunded
