I applied for PBE 1 year and a half ago and reapplid twice...e
... And still got nothing; does it mean there's something wrong with my account? Is my behaviour a problem of any sort? Can some Red help?

Having behavior punishments means you have a much less likely chance to get selected, but they don't give everyone an account anyway; they only select as many as they think they need, and they also target players that fit their needs (such as X champion mains if they are testing X champion).
It was around 2 years before I got my PBE invite.
My friend got his in under a month. Read what it says in the PBE application!!
New testers are recruited every few weeks. On top of checking for a few basic criteria, our selection process is catered to what we’re testing in a given cycle: for instance, if we're designing a tanky support champion, we might invite a batch of experienced Leona and Taric players to help out.
