How do you tell if an icon is in the store for a limited time? Any way to know?

If it's event related, particularly an event tied to a particular time of the year, there's an excellent chance that any icons for it are limited-time.
But what do I know. We've still got the most recent Lunar Revel and Valentine's icons available.
