The Most Versatile Champion in the Game

I mean, who would you think could do quite well in ranked in ANY role on the map? I've had excellent success with in every role, but not Jungle. (APC instead of ADC is amazing bot lane btw)

Nidalee can technically work on any lane ,pretty versatile

I know Karma used to be able to go into every lane and the jungle... but I dunno if that still applies with the reworked jungle and her recent changes... can't think of anyone who can go everywhere....

Clearly, though, the champions listed aren't equally effective in all their potential spots. And I know I'm honestly pushing it a little. Teemo and Urgot jungle, for example, are possible, but definitely suboptimal compared to the other spots you can potentially take them. Much the same could be said for anyone you'll see listed in this thread, however. It's easy to find champions that are strong in 3 roles, but expand it to 4 or 5 roles and you have to start saying things like "well... he can jungle if we want to get technical, but you'd be better off taking him (insert role here)."

afterall, any ranged character can adc ;)

ADC/APC. My one friend gets really worked up when people fail to make that distinction, since it's just one of the many ways our other friend displays his ignorance when it comes to League. For example, we were discussing tanks, who they are and what functions they perform, and I think he mentioned Lux as a possible tank because of her shield. If it wasn't her, it was something similarly ludicrous. So those little things grate on us more than most now, since we're always having to correct him on those sorts of things.

Anyway, I've seen Ekko APC and lost to it twice as a support facing off against it directly. The second time my friend was ADCing, and he claims he gave up and trolled after Ekko got that first kill, but I think he's being a little hyperbolic. If it's just for one match, and the circumstances favor you, you could try nearly anything and have it work because of catching people off guard like those Ekkos did me. If we're talking about versatility, though, it's more about what champions can fill various roles routinely without the missing element of surprise rendering them useless.
