League needs to change the surrender timer.
What is the point of having to wait 20 minutes when you have 2 AFKs. I dont care how positive you want to be, a 3v5 is pointless and a waste of 20 minutes.

I was playing a game where we were losing 28 v 9 in kills, Lost our Tier 1, tier 2 towers. and 2 people still held us hostage. after 20 minutes surrender votes were still failing 3/2
Most surrenders that I have seen are because people suck and use it as a crutch. Yes these cases you speak of happen but they are rare. There are more people who simply suck and feel that because there is a surrender button they don't have to actually learn how to play because they can always quit. Well your sorry ass just wasted 20 minutes of my time because you're too stupid to actually learn to play the game. I will not say yes because you need to suffer like you made me suffer with your BS play.
