Have to Notify Riot before visiting and playing at a friends????!!!!

Okay... so my buddy just got a two week ban.... because he didn't notify riot, when he took his computer to his buddies house to play league, hearthstone, etc... HE DIDN'T TELL RIOT THAT HE WAS GOING TO VISIT A FRIEND.... now, he lost his gold rank status, lost his championship skins, and is banned from all ranked games this season... Even after calling riot support and asking about the ban, they told him that unfortunately, they didn't have the ability to remove the bans or return his rank, and skins that were taken from him unjustly.

He asked me not to post his name as he doesn't want hate from Riot staff. But PLEASE, riot staff and members of the community, post below your thoughts on this issue. Please Note, he has already talked to Riot support explaining everything that happened, but the people he talked to was unable to do anything about it.

By the way, they just removed this post earlier cause it wasn't allowed in the Help & Support section.... its regarding a ban, asking for thoughts and riot response... it meets the criteria for help and support.

Dont worry buddy, just set up a feeding team in ranked, upload it to youtube, usually works nice

Apparently, the moral of the story is that you have to notify Riot employee's of your visiting of a friend, or of your moving to another location, otherwise its an instant ban and stripping of rank and skins.
