None of those are counters. Zed doesn't have counters in that no lane matchup is even remotely difficult.

All of those champions have ways of either stopping his ult or push him out of lane.

I play Morgana a lot in mid, and I haven't had trouble with Zed so far. I look forward to his ults, since it lets me snare him, drop my W and/or R on him, and watch him die. It's even better if he does it under tower.
