I main talon, and i found this korean talon guide by a high elo player, and it's very interesting because his build is different and he runs move speed quints.

Can anyone explain to me why he takes MS quints instead of AD or Armor pen?

Why does he rush QSS, etc.

I can't read any of his explanations, so id appreciate as much insight as i can get, thank you.

Let me take a wager...

Early game movement speed would allow you to roam/dodge skillshots easier, because damage is something you build the entire game with usually one one item (boots) dedicated to MS.

MS is very overlooked sometimes, despite all the complaints about mobility.
