Is this guy being childish?

I regularly play with my friend from work and his two friends. We'll call them Adam, Bob, and Chuck. The other night we were playing a match with Adam ADCing as Ashe, Bob going Jinx mid with AP runes (he had them for the match prior and didn't notice), and Chuck going Xerath support. I was playing Wukong jungle.

The initial stages of the match were a little rocky, with Bob struggling against Akali, but we soon turned things around and jumped out to a commanding lead, completely owning them on objectives. We finished the match with 2 barons, 5 dragons, and 9 towers to their 7 towers, 2 dragons, and 0 barons.

Bob started to work his way back into the match, and once that happened everyone on our team was performing well, with bot lane doing the best of all of us, admittedly. I was doing my best to help my team out any way I could, which meant giving up more than a few blue buffs to our Teemo when he asked.

But then Chuck, our support, goes for my blue buff without asking, and I go and take it, because I wanted a blue buff for myself for a change and he didn't even say to me in Skype, "hey, I'm taking your blue if that's alright." He then proceeded to leave the Skype call and after that the match.

The opposing team then slowly started to crawl their way back into the match thanks to it being a 4v5, which was bad enough. But when he finally comes back, he initially just stays in base, doing figure-eights around our Nexus turrets, apparently just trying to avoid getting Leaverbustered. He eventually left base, but refused to group with us, instead going off on his own and getting picked off. We ended up losing the match with a 12 kill and 11.8K gold lead.

This is how we each finished the match:

Ashe: 10/3/10. Jinx: 8/15/12. Wukong (Me): 6/6/16. Xerath (Him): 9/3/16. Teemo: 11/5/4.

Looking at the match timeline, it appears that 5/6 deaths came after he left.

Since that match, he's refused to play with me or even be in the same Skype call with me. I can understand him being mad in the moment, but this seems like a ridiculous overreaction. So ridiculous that I felt the need to get outside opinions on the matter. This isn't me trying to drag anyone through the mud. I'm just baffled.
