Morde or vlad?

So I'm considering buying morde or vlad. I can't decide which though?

I play heimer top/mid generally, and am looking to throw some diversity into my ranked. Here are my current thoughts:

I play mostly heimer, so not only is vlad good in the meta now, but he is a miserable match up as heimer when my main gets picked away. Vlad can q turrets and heal the poke back they give and when it scales down to 4 seconds or less heimer is really in trouble to keep them up. Additionally, when he all ins on heimer if turrets are up he can pool and zhonya's to avoid a lot of heimer aoe damage and heimer is NOT mobile so vlad doesn't need the cc that much since heimer struggles if you can get on him and his damage doesn't kill him.

Morde on the other hand has some play style factors I may adjust to taster (plus I'm at 3100 IP) since he pushes super hard but has no mobility which I am used to as heim, wards op. Also he can 2v1 some times and I've gotten decent at guaging when I can 2v1 a gank and need to fight instead of escaping bc I don't have the mobility but might win the fight. Finally morde' silt is very different than heimer tower, but can turn around a fight and more importantly brings pushing power for towers since what I have gotten better at with heimer is winning through rotations and towers.

Thoughts and advice?
