Idea, preorder purchases!

Preordering is pretty self explanatory, riot announces new content and puts it up for preordering, that way if you buy rp you can make sure you don't go spending the rp you bought on other things and as soon as the skin/champion/ward you want etc comes out, it's yours! i think this would be really neat, though I can see complications with it if riot wanted to delay release but in that case they could just make it that you can cancel preorder, going away for holidays? won&'t be on when that limited skin / bundle is coming? preorder! simple, I'd personally buy RP just so I could preorder something, what do you think?
