Go to your profile and see if you have any chests available to be earned. And you can only earn one per champ per season

Remember that you can only get a chest per champion once a season. Key fragments on the other hand become harder and harder to obtain the longer you play.

Wtf you can only get one chest per champion? I thought it was 4 per month! Riot stop trying to get us to spend more $$$.

I don't know about the key part. I have 4 keys and some fragments but still waiting on more chests available
