Hey @ Riot, i haven't gotten any things like boxes or key fragments lately even if i get s ranks.
did you guys stop the program?

Go to your profile and see if you have any chests available to be earned. And you can only earn one per champ per season
Remember that you can only get a chest per champion once a season. Key fragments on the other hand become harder and harder to obtain the longer you play.
