ADC or jungle?

SO! if you use these two champions what do you think of them Odd mix,i know. Both gameplay wise and there ability's are interesting,i got a shard so I got a random champion shard,and got . I deconstructed the MF shard as buying another shard to get it would take more IP then just buying her so I went for Lucian,upon getting my next shard I was hoping it wasn't a 450 IP champion as idk how much essence that would give but it would take quite a but of them to get like 400 blue essence (I need like 80 blue essence now,if I don't deconstruct a 6300 shard,buying more shards would probably cost more then the 6300.) SO I have to pick either Lucian or Ivern, both looking very fun to play,i have SOME experience in jungle(generally I do ok the first game,get an S or A in the next then everything goes to a toxic rock bottom.... )thing is both jungle and ADC have a main use,so regardless of what I pick I can get flamed for doing something wrong. Another problem is there roles are jungle and ADC,two roles you cant really try out against AI as they cont jungle and sometimes the bot lane doesn't have a support. and just the general skill level. and both can set me up for a stupid mistake like dashing into a attack or root calling then somebody dashing under turret,both have fun and pretty simple movesets but there price makes the pick really hard...I hope one of them gets into free rotation
