AP Jinx Support

Just for my own amusement, I want to see what people's thoughts are on this. My friend, who dies on average every 2-3 minutes, who is toxic to his opponents and teammates alike, and who plays numerous things that would be considered "troll picks," finally got banned. I'm surprised it took this long, to be honest. He's said that he's going to either create a new account specifically to troll or give up on the game completely. I tried to speak rationally to him about why him being banned was a sensible course of action on Riot's part, and for an example of his "troll picks" I brought up AP Jinx Support. His response was "ap jinx sup is pretty good >_>". I told him, were he to take a poll, people would laugh him off the forums most likely. So here I am to test that notion. What do you guys and gals think?

it's not bad if you ask your team mates if it's ok, most of the time i get permission to do silly things like ad orianna, ap cait, jungle kat, etc.

Yeah non meta picks are okay- but generally you need a reason to do so. Jinx's abilitys pretty much scale off AD so building ap wouldent really benefit anyone. BUT then if you really want to play something off meta that works why not try something like tank morg or sona ect. You still have your utility from your abilitys but youre also hard as fuck to kill which ive done to varying degrees of success

Why ap jinx? I don't have her ratios in front of me but doesn't she just have one ap ratio on her trap? Really I'm down with playing anything in the game with ap but jinx much like vi(absolutely did not work) just don't have a reason to be played as ap. I just don't even see any potential there for it.

About seven months before pro players caught up I was running naut support because it had the potential. Am I wrong here? Does jinx have ap potential that I'm just not seeing?
