I'm not the most knowledgeable Dota 2 person, but I did watch it so here's what happened, but first some League and Dota terms just in case anybody that's reading it doesn't know.
Radiant: The "blue" side (lower-left) in League
Dire: The "purple or red" side (upper-right) in League
Barracks: Basically inhibitors, but they DO NOT respawn
Ancient: Equivalent to the Nexus in League, destroy it to win
Buyback: You can spend gold to revive yourself when dead, it has a cooldown of seven minutes
The Radiant team was pinned down in their base for the majority of the entire match with only one single Barrack along with their Ancient exposed. The Dire team tried multiple times to rush in and beat them in a teamfight, but every single time the Radiant would just buyback. The Radiant's team composition was also extremely good at defending and sometimes they wouldn't even need to buyback.
Since Barracks don't respawn, they could never safely leave their base without risk of a backdoor happening. How it ended was that the Radiant were lucky enough to catch a Dire player out of position alone near the Radiant's base. That Dire player's buyback was already on cooldown so they were able to take advantage of this and make a huge push to win.
