Primary vs Secondary Roles

So before preseason in Dynamic Queue, I would almost always get my primary role (somewhere around ~70 of the time).

Since the reset and introduction of flex queue, the rate at which I get my primary role over my secondary has been 11 Primary, 13 Secondary, which is a lot closer to how it was when Dynamic Queue was first introduced and it didn't seem to prioritize your primary at all.

I play Jungle Primary and Top Secondary, is anyone else having this issue or is it isolated to my role preference?
