Patch 6.9

Is it just me or does it seem like several mages got major nerfs in ratios and abilities for cloudier potential vibrancy? Vlad got hit in pretty much every area when his weakest point are his AP ratios already, so they dropped them farther. Annie got a range bonus on her W (yay!) but then her damage and ratios also went down (D:). Does anybody else notice this? I know these are just a few, but it looks like Malzahar and Brand got all the love..
