petition to disable new champions in ranked games?

Don't know about you guys but I've lost three games so far because of people who don't care about winning and pick Aurelion Sol for the first time in a ranked game.

This happens after all new champion releases and it's frustrating. Some of you will say that you just ban him but you don't get to chose who to ban every game and with all the strong picks it's a waste of a ban.

New champions should be restricted to normals for a week or two to let people practice. It's already a pain to climb out of low elos we don't need to make it harder.

What do you guys think?

They really need to restrict new champs. I've had 2 games with aurelion sol support and they were just awful. Everything thinks they know the champ well enough when people barely know what lane he belongs in, yet they go in ranked as him.

You deal with it one game, learn you should've dodged while you could, join the next game, ban him, and then the person picking him flames and trolls because you banned his pick... or you leave something actually broken open and they completely screw you over. I think the best thing for people to do now is never go in ranked for a few weeks until people learn the champ.

Nice thing. In the time being, you will need to waste a ban on him.
