i feel like if the meta was to make everyone obligated to help eachother, the team would so much more cooperative and friendly. if they were given a choice on whether they want to win the game or not, toxic people would get a hold of the jungle role specifically for ignoring the lanes.

If the jungler chooses to farm, you can help him by warding to deter the enemy jungler from camping you.
