For the longest time I never dealt with bots as I play mostly ranked or teambuilder, but it seems ever since Riot announced their "crusade to end botting" and so on, I've seen bots suddenly.

I have an account I play mostly aram on (I have all champs on it, so not one of those, cheat the system with only 10 champs ARAM accounts) mostly for warming up and practicing, or playing with friends. I've noticed a LOT of bots in ARAM recently (just had Zed bot and I'm around 60% certain I had another bot in that same game but don't want to call them out and accuse just in case they were just trolling).

The botting in ARAM seems to be on the rise as the crackdown seems to have either worked and these are new bots, or the bots are moving from dominions and TT to ARAM. I'm guessing the new auto system doesn't care too much yet, as I've seen the same bot (it is very clearly a bot) on three different occasions over a 2 week span even after reports)

Bot accounts come and go as Riot keeps updating their system to detect botters, they themselves upgrade their programs or whatever it is that they need to actually bot. So if you see them always report them and make sure you put in your description that you may suspect they are botting!
