QoL change to spellshields

Playing Morg earlier, Thresh hooked me but I spellshielded in time, but my shield broke, he used his Q to jump to me, I flashed just as I THOUGHT he landed on me, and yet he still came with me. Flayed me, and his team killed me.

Could you make it so if he uses his Q on you and you're spellshielded, he STILL gets the ability to jump to you, but only to the point you were standing when he originally hit Q (Meaning if you continue to walk away, he doesn't just simply follow right behind you while you run)

his hook is meant to go the full distance so just dodge it next time.

Yes, but my point is, spellshield is essentially useless in this aspect if he can just do whatever after he hooks you. No one dodges every skillshot in every game. You're GOING to get hit by SOMETHING.
