skins not loading?!?

Yeah, considering I'm one of Riot's top personal fundraisers for skins with way more than necessary, it kinda sucks to not be able to use them.

That moment when you're not sure if it'll work and the game's starting, and you look for your portrait and it's the base skin...ungh, such a sinking feeling. Try again, whatever programming is behind applying skins. You get it right about half the time.

I do especially love Eternum Nocturne and Aether Wing Kayle, and it's really lame when they don't trigger.

I wish Riot would get around to this oddball bug.
