New Alt+F4 Message?

I just got out of a game where my router stopped working towards the end. I was playing with some friends and they texted me to tell me that while I was still disconnected, they had won. So I went ahead and alt+f4'd the game, but the message that came up was much more menacing than what it used to be. It used to be something to the effect of "stop! Your team needs you!" but what came up was something more along the lines of "leaving the game is against the summoner's code and you will be banned".

I was just wondering if that means that there is now some system in place to automatically punish players who leave games manually. And more importantly, will I be punished and have that game counted as me leaving?
