Placement of red posts

I just noticed that the "Big Play Spotlights" (which are really cool, btw), have been posted into the announcement board. While Riot is working hard to try and figure out where certain threads should go, I think it's important that their own posts go in the right places. It seems to me that these posts should go into Esports or Miscellaneous, rather than into the announcements board. Those people who are searching in the announcement forums are looking for information about what will be changing with the game, and probably don't care much about these spotlights.

Now that you mention it, the thread reminding people to use their PAX codes is posted in "Gameplay & Balance"

Another thing I've been noticing, there are a lot of posts ending up in the miscellaneous board. I think that in the way it's moving, the miscellaneous board might end up being the new GD. Admittedly I don't know what solution can be done aside from trying to create more boards. I think perhaps it might be best to just remove the miscellaneous board and force people to classify their post. Admittedly some posts will not quite have a place to go, but over time more specific boards can be added, rather than everything ending up in miscellaneous.

The continued existence of the old forums is splitting the playerbase as well. Riot still shows up in the old GD, so people still go there.
