Riot needs to IP ban

im not even sure if its possible for them to ip ban but if they can this guy really needs it(and no im not including the name of the person if riot actually reads this im sure they can figure out who the vayne player is).

Game starts, the enemy vayne does poorly. Continues to do poorly, then afks. My team says he did this last game when he was on their team also. The enemy team says he said in the pre game lobby "if we dont do well early im just going to afk i need to win 35 normals to play my ranked promos". I said thatl probably just get him banned. He then starts running down mid lane and purposefully feeding trying to get his team to surrender.

In post game chat as you can see he talks about making new accounts and how hes already made 4.

Normally id just say leave it up to the system to sort it out but its very obvious that this guy is never going to get better, and he will just keep making accounts and keep feeding and afking
