Why can't we buy skins in new champ select?

Makes no sense. I can't tell you how many times I've ended up in a secondary role playing an alt champ and wanted to buy a skin for that game. I don't usually support, but when I do, I want to be Program: Soraka instead of Goatprincess Soraka.

Maybe try buying the skin in the store if you want to play as Program Soraka?
