Do we have any plans to buff morse anywhere?

I feel because his stats are so low he has a hard time doing anything anywhere. Not mid, not bot really, not top really either. Maybe it's just me, but playing mord makes me feel pretty useless anywhere but jungle in s6.

Might be playing him wrong, but I can't seem to win with him.
