Who counters Rek'sai top?
I was thinking 
or 
just because they can out damage her early game.

Hard counters: 
(irelia because she has more true damage than reksai and just as much sustain + stun)
Average counters: 
(situational kill potential)
Soft counters: 
(minimal kill pressure early on both sides)
Also obviously OP champs have "outplay potential": 
Darius gets out damaged once Reksai gets lvl 3
Teemo is the only one I've gone up against her with. I didn't have flash which hurt me early, but ended up out laning as I could poke her down.
Rek'Sai top MAY fail against any of the following:
- Another Rek'Sai
- One that outdamages her
- Huge kiting mobility/Extreme Damage
Fiora could probably do well against her, especially when she reaches 6. Gnar can really crush her, with his mobility and what not. The main thing you want to do is avoid her knock up. She can't get away/chase you if her tunnel is down, so that is where mobility is good. Ranged Mages like Ryze or potentially Lulu could do well against him too with their cc and damage they provide.
