Champion.gg not being maintained anymore?

So accoding to the main page of Champion.gg the site is still on 6.10 with no message about problems or eta to the new patch data. I am going to assume that owner has started to run out of time to maintain it.

So does any one know if this is true? Please give any links for further information.

Also what other resource site could be use in place of champion.gg?
