Personally, when I'm supporting I feel dreaded when I see a Zyra support. Even if she builds FQ/SS. As soon as she gets Rylais and Liandries, she's good. Most of the time she does the most or second most damage which is filthy in my opinion. She does way too much damage as a support. :L That's just how I feel about her.

Cassiopeia , Anivia , Heimerdinger , Illaoi , Veigar . They are all cancer in their own ways during laning phase.

You either camp her so hard she's 5 levels behind or you lose the lane the moment she gets half the Gunblade and level 6.

Outplaying her requires hard-CC'ing her for at least 3 seconds or dishing out 3k+ points of damage within 1 second.
