Why people are stuck in silver

after being in silver 1 for awhile I think I understand why they are stuck here. People just never stop raging at each other.

If there is a common thing I have noticed in silver it is over committing for a kill or raging at each other when they make a mistake. The winners of the game are the teams that rage less. I get angry and rage too but I rarely rage in game because I know it will make others play bad. The most I do is ping "question marks" when someone does something stupid but other then that, I try not to talk at all in game chat.

However just because im nice enough to not comment on other people mistakes does not mean the rest of my team wont. The more people rage, the less people like to take commands from each other and team work goes right out the window because everyone has a "superiority complex" and must tell each other how to play the game

I don't tell people who support, how to play support, and I don't tell top laners how to trade with the enemy when they die because im not the top laner or support in that game. I hate it when I see an ADC trying to tell their support how to play like they are stupid or something (or vice versa). These are just some common things I see in silver 1 that leads me to believe why they are stuck there.
