Why is Rek Sai getting a skin so soon
She is getting another skin before champs that are older then her.

When planning for Pool Party skins, we thought of many champions, and the potential hooks (cool aspects) a skin could have.
We felt Rek'Sai would be an awesome opportunity, not only because of the cool things we could do with her tunnels and her ultimate (the jet ski is my favorite part about that skin), but also because when Rek'Sai initially launched, one of the top requested skins was some kind of shark'sai.
Because it's an awesome opportunity, and an awesome skin.
I already have Eternum, but I NEED this new one.
I want Transformer Quinn or Steel Legion Quinn with Robot Valor.
She is one of the most played champs so her visibility is pretty high (in terms of professional play). Sharks are super popular.
