Her heal is so silly right now you can easily win lane without doing anything.

Either I'm good at leading or my opponents are just that bad, but usually I get them to run into the shot.
Just ban 
everytime in SoloQ... A broken champ need to be one of the most banned to be "fixed"...
For example, everyone know that 
is one of the most broken champ atm (He counter and rape any top laner, he is a tank marksman assassin, he got a lot of cc that can destroy the enemy team within 5 secs, he don't need AD items to rape his enemies, endless poke without mana cost or cooldown, he snowball very hard late game...etc.) his ban rate reach 50% now, he is going to be "fixed" soon. Like those champs that was broken before

With her 2 secs heal and inevitable Q is very broken imo...We can't kill the adc, we can't poke, we can only lose our lane against . She just need to be one of the most banned to be fixed.

It's not so hard to hit when they are going to cs. It may as well not be used otherwise, though.
Sad to say that as someone who plays Soraka...this is 100% true. It takes intervention from either RNJesus that you get stuck on something or the other team falls asleep at their keyboard to land a Q. The E is borderline useless as far as the root mechanic and the silence is potentially bugged as I've hit a Fizz with it before only to have him troll pole OUT of the "silence" pool.
Her skills shots are more luck shots.
I disagree. 970 range. Granted, it slows down as it approaches max range, but it has two targets in lane and she wins the trade even if she takes light poke from the enemy if her Q hits an enemy. Might want to practice with playing more aggressively as Soraka.
