Personally, I think Asuna and Kirito (from SAO) are the best couple ever, typically I'm not into this stuff but these two are just SO perfect for each other. :P

Yasuri Shichika and Togame from Katanagatari. I love that anime so much since it has a very unique art-style and interesting characters.
Isaac and Miria from Baccano were amazing and hilarious and adorable. They were my favourite couple from that series, which says a lot considering how great they all were.
IMO, Kirito and Asuna from SAO Abridged were far better than the actual anime adaption; I find their personalities and interactions to be more interesting.
