Good champions to learn game and improve Mechanics

So, I realized I'm bad at this game Mechanically and I want to get better. I've tried OP champs and tips and tricks but i think i just need to get better at the basics. My question is what are some champions that are good for learning the game for each lane. Any suggestions to help me become a better player is much appreciated. (i posted this in tips and tricks as well, Not sure exactly where to put this)

I think it very much depends on what particular skills you're wanting to practice within those roles. For example:

If you're wanting to practice last-hitting as ADC, Ashe is a great champ. She's got low base damage, which makes it a little tougher than on some others, but she rewards good farming (with the bonus gold on her E).

If you want to practice orb-walking, Kalista's almost designed around that skill.

If you want to practice positioning, Vayne's reliance on high mechanical skill and strong positioning make her a perfect pick.

But the best general advice I could offer would be simply to play the champs you want to play. Play them a lot, because they're all slightly different, even within the same role/position. So, rather than learning general positioning, you learn where best to position your favorite champs. And that's far more important, to my mind.

Here's the list designed for improving a Gold V. In theory this should be the best champions towards improving on this role till plat:

Support

  • Recommanded: Janna Soraka Karma Annie Morgana Leona
  • Maybe: Braum Sona
  • Not Recommanded: Nami Lulu Fiddlesticks Thresh Blitzcrank Alistar

ADC *Carefull taking long range adc's can force bad habits. If you really want to become good in this role you have to master an adc with average range. *

  • Recommanded: Graves Lucian Caitlyn Jinx (with poke)
  • Maybe: Tristana
  • Not Recommanded: Corki Varus Ezreal

Toplane

  • Recommanded: Ryze (scales with skill) Pantheon Malphite Vladimir Irelia Tryndamere Lissandra (scales with skill) DrMundo (only vs dubble AP) MasterYi
  • Maybe: MonkeyKing
  • Not Recommanded: Taric Kassadin Yorick Gnar Nasus Urgot Nunu

Midlane So far no analist have came with a properlist. This are the only champions that are confirmed

  • Recommanded: Orianna
  • Maybe:
  • Not Recommanded: Kassadin

Jungle *On this list I have been working myself in this topic: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/Z2AFhFE6-low-skillcap-champions *

So far I would say Warwick Vi Udyr

Akali is a good champ to learn with. Because it'll teach you the basics of playing safely, and that she has no direct escape, so you'll learn what fights to go into, and which to not, also how to use some of your damage moves to escape or assist your team.
