Which champ to you feels perfect in design, play, and feel?
For me its 
Every ability is just him. A blob dude that speaks like a suave middle aged man (still waiting on Debonair Zac Rito) that throws himself and his limbs all over the place. I love it
Every ability can be dodged and punishes you for mistakes. Makes your enemy a better league player tbh.

Fits her theme and the playstyle of a fencer perfectly.
I would've said Zac too. His kit always works and makes sense.

All of these champs have kits that are balanced and easy to balance to as the meta changes. Plus they really do fit the personalities of the champs.
I agree on Zac. His kit is really well done and his thematic is great. A good player does well with him and there is a learning curve. Galio is also a great choice because of his absolute lack of counterplay.

I also find 
to feel very good to play. I don't know what it is, but her auto attacks feel so satisfying to use to me. And it's cool to constantly re-apply your passive with your abilities to deal big damage. And fun to fly around of course :)
. Easily dodged skills, plants are incredibly easy to kill, high teamfight potential, easily punished by good players.

Poppy, Taric, Trist are the champs i feel fit my play-style, needlessly aggressive, but still able to do a lot and ether tank, or deal out damage, or both.
