For me, it has to be,

  1. Solo queue (please Riot quit avoiding bringing this back)
  2. old QSS
  3. the times before juggernauts (or fuckernauts as I call them) were a thing
  4. Ahri's old charm (Yes she needed a nerf then but that was THE WRONG way)
  5. Riot actually having balanced league properly.

In order. 1: Solo queue. 2: Solo queue. 3: Old lore. Probably actually write it in a way that the Institute of War is disband. Retconning and acting like it never existed is the wrong way of writing. 4: Old Orb of Winter in ARAM. 5: Solo queue.

  1. Shen's old Q (or an ability similar to it at least)
  2. a lore map that has links to each locations lore events (like targon and buildgewater)
  3. Shielded/ shield giving mid turrets
  4. Ionia lore update

  1. Refunds
  2. Old Karma
  3. Team Builder (although I honestly like Dynamic Q as well)
  4. Mana pots
  5. Akali pre-gutting

  5. I would add the option to dodge Ranked queues if 3 or 4 people vote on it.

  2. Fixing older characters before creating new characters
  3. When you start the game I feel it should let you get 2 free champions

League is more balanced than it ever has been. 2nd Dynamic queue is better for bronzies anyway. It doesn't really effect your games that much.
