weakness are that you have no disengage bot lane other than a sivir ult...
Id prefer nami > raka
I feel like Sivir ultimate is a bit wasted. The initiators have dashes to get into the enemy team already, so the MS boost isn't really necessary, I think.
Yeah, I think the 'raka pick is probably the biggest weakness there. Nami or Janna would provide better overall utility - and since both make strong use of 
, you could probably even replace the Sivir with something that offers more damage or siege potential, such as

Really nothing i havent seen before in unranked. It has its pro's and cons depending on what the other team's comp is
