Hey Riot! Is Talon ever getting a new skin with particle changes?

The newest skin he has is the SSW one but it`s pretty simple. His skins in general are pretty bland/old IMO. Is there any plan to make a new skin?

Ravenborn Talon... His W sends ravens to attack. Same for his ult and he disappears in black smoke. He`s all black/dark blue.
