Why is AD Swain not a big thing?
on-hit or crit swain looks like it would rek face.
20% more damage from botrk, tri-force, crits seems deadly strong but there aren't any ad swain guides even as a joke.

A 20% damage increase isn't actually that much compared to other ADC steroids. It isn't anything to sniff at, but it isn't enough to justify his 500 range and terrible AA animation. He can't siege a turret for shit.
AD Swain was actually considered by some pro teams, at MSI, it was used in the Casters vs Pros show match by Huni. The UoL coach, afterward, said he had considered it in game planning (possibly sarcastically).
Have you seen his AA animation?
Because why be Swain when you could be
