LoA (League Of Angels) Is using Riot game's work to advertise their game, whether they have applied for Riot game's permission or not,

I'm not entirely sure. My job here is to bring this to Riot hopefully And notify them about this.

The first LoA has been up and running for literally years at this point. I hardly doubt your post will do anything to curtail the release of the second title.

This problem has been going on for a long time, which implies that Riot has chosen not to bother with the lawsuit it would take to do anything about it, or that LoA is based in a country that has copyright protection bad enough that Riot simply can't do anything about it.
