Permanent Ban confusion?

Okay, I got a permanent ban recently, Now in my opinion, Game 1 wasn't all toxic, slightly, but not perma ban worthy, Game 2 was slightly more but not as perma ban worthy, perhaps a suspension. Whether I deserve a punishment and a punishment should take place doesn't bother me, what does is how I got perma banned without getting suspended, in my entire account I have NEVER been suspended, ever since Season 6, Season 7 around end of Summer, my account was compromised and it was suspended, Thought it was lifted soon after. So really all I ever got was chat restricted which I truly feel I deserved. I got chat restricted a total of 4 times in this account's lifespan. But what confuses me is I heard it takes 3 months to drop a tier, and so far this season, I have not been punished at all and had a clean record. Last time I was punished was the chat restriction in the beginning to mid season 7 around the beginning of the summer, I got a chat restriction. so now it has been well over 6 months, and I got Perma banned? Was I so toxic to the point that I skipped a tier?

Also the 2nd game we had an AFK so cut me some slack, basically they had an AFK Then our jungler AFK'd it clearly said "A Summoner has LEFT the game" and not DISCONNECTED therefore I know he intentionally left.

Again, whether I deserve a punishment isn't what I'm looking for, it's which 1 was the right 1. Also, Game 1 we won, and I didn't really troll like I said I would, I tried to the end.

If you had a 14 day ban when compromised that was manually lifted, it is possible that the automated system did not get the memo to ignore that ban in the future. Assuming it was lifted without prejudice (as in: it was lifted because you were compromised), you may be offered another chance if you contact Support. That will be at the discretion of the agent, especially as you admit you've been restricted before and know that this is inappropriate.

Does it really matter whether it says left or disconnected? I didn't know that proved anything. Anyone confirm? Anyways, sorry about your ban. Hope you get it reduced.

You're annoying, that's all I have to say. Threatening to AFK is pretty much perma ban material for me. I wouldn't ever want someone in my game to threaten to AFK, not matter the situation. I get the veigar was being a little twat, but you did call him bad and veigar support isn't all too bad. Even though he may have taken it out of context, you said it non-the-less. Do you due-diligence to explain things more thoroughly and if someone gets on your nerves, just mute them. Also, just type in all chat: "Hey do you all see Veigar taking my CS? Please keep note of that if he continues, thanks", boom, Veigar will 9/10 times stop taking your CS because he won't want to get banned.

Did you have the suspension lifted or not then? If the agent is saying the suspension wasn't lifted, even after you give them the ticket where you thought it was lifted, maybe you're misinterpreting things?

Would you be able to post screenshots of the ticket in which the agent prior said your 14 day suspension was previously lifted?
