To be fair, the programmers situation is the same no matter what company they work for, so why not!
It's that much harder when you not only have to make something, but also put up with eeeeeeeverything that comes afterwards. Riot's constantly trying their best to balance and tend to the community's needs, so it's important to give a little thanks every once in a while.
