2015 and simple QoL things we still don't have

• Queuing up and someone declines the accept, yet it still makes you wait out the duration
• Still can't alter runes in champ select
• Surrender still keeps going even if the vote fails instantly (as in, 2 vote no, but you still have it waiting before saying it failed)
• Ability to use the options menu in champ select (such as for changing the volume for example)
• Not being able to do something as simple as click on a recent played person and choosing block, without having to type out their name in a different area (inconvenient sometimes when someone uses a special character or some such)

Didn't want to have a small notebook filled with stuff, but I figured what I posted would get my point across. There are a lot of little things that are fairly straightfoward that are still MIA after all these years.

I'm not sure if it is due to lack of wanting to, lack of know how, or limitations due to an outdated...well lots of things.

Anything you guys can think of that I might have missed? (or more specifically left off)
