Notice the 3-person reward, the news page says 150% boost but the client says you receive nothing extra for playing with a party of 3.
What is the deal with this?

Didn't look at pic, but I would just assume that they did. However, compared to their other whoppers, this is nothing....
The only explanation I can think of is that they were using integers to display the bonus amount of IP.
Since integers have to be a whole number and round down, 1.5 turned into 1.
I highly doubt this will effect the amount of bonus IP you gain after a match and is only a visual bug (you'll still get 150% bonus).
Its an integer glitch. I played with different group sizes last night, and you do get 1.5 instead of 1. Probably somethiuing nested in the code where someone used l instead of f after a variable.
