@Riot What is loading in the pregame loading screen?
I don't know about anyone else but I have always wondered what is loading in the pregame screen. A rioter answer would be nice or a techy of a sort who knows what he is talking about.

I don't know, but since getting an SSD brought my load speeds up astronomically, I think most of it is loading in all of the game resources downloaded and saved on your computer from the initial game install and each update since then
