Edit: I did not put Thresh into that list because even though he has an overloaded kit, he is ok to play against if you position yourself well. if you get hooked you are screwed, but at least there are no endless stuns, no endless tornadoes and no endless turrets...

As far as Heimer goes, the buff is merely compensation based off of the changes they made to mage regeneration across the board....
As to Sona, I can see why they wanted to give her some subtle nerfs...
As to Leona... Leona hasn't been an issue in a while. And Janna's a tough one. She's not really 'OP' she's just the best peel champ in the game. So in the current meta where hypercarries are king... she feels op. But once hypercarries go back to being just one strat, a lot of Janna's strength will go with them.
Edit: Now Thresh on the other hand... Thresh is going to need to lose at least one of his strengths. I personally vote for killing his poke by removing Flay's autoattack damage... but he is right now way too good at everything... and I think that's what they need to change to make him less op.
He's still be a king of playmaking, but at least he won't be on equal footing with poke champs anymore.
